About Us

Ange Kondos (pictured above) – originally a Journalist and Systems Analyst has been involved in Retail since 1990. He spent 1990 - 2000 growing and then selling a multi-site family Deli Fresh operation. Since 2000 he has been a Tenant Advocate and joint founder of The Lease Police, the dispute resolution arm that now co-exists with Leasewise. Since 2006 Ange was been working with many Franchise and specialty retailers providing, site analysis, lease negotiation and all manner of service associated to Retail Leasing, under the Leasewise banner.

The Group of respective Directors has also formed an alliance company Retailco www.retailco.net.au which is a portal service that provides retailers with one point for all services required for any growing retail operation. This includes, mapping and territories (Sam Torcasio), Franchise Development (Phil Blain) and Franchise Recruitment (Kevin Bugeja). Each Director and company is a leader and specialist within its field and all have worked together in some capacity over time in growing various Franchise groups.
